Moving out of a rental means two jobs on the same day: getting everything out, then getting the property inspection-ready. When you book both with us, the cleaners are scheduled to start as soon as the last box is on the truck.
Cleaners follow the room-by-room checklist NSW property managers use at final inspections, and bring their own equipment and products. If your agent raises a cleaning issue, we return within 72 hours at no charge.

If your agent raises a cleaning issue at the final inspection, our partner cleaners return within 72 hours to fix it at no charge, as long as the property has not been re-occupied.
No. Most customers leave a key with our crew lead on moving day and the cleaners collect it. Keys are returned to you or your agent.
It is an add-on from $45 per room, because not every lease requires it. Check your lease, and we will add it to your booking if needed.
